1、Customer Service

Responsibilities:

  • Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments
  • Review or make changes to customer accounts
  • Handle returns or complaints
  • Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
  • Research answers or solutions as needed
  • Refer customers to supervisors, managers, or others who can help

Requirements:

  • Need strong listening and speaking skills to clearly and accurately respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Interact with customers by email, live chat, or other non-voice contact channels must write well, using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation 
  • Must be patient and polite, especially when dealing with difficult or angry customers
  • When addressing customer issues, customer service representatives need to analyze situations, investigate problems, and determine solutions
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English

2、Accounting Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and handle full set of account
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
  • Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
  • Controlling credit and chasing debt
  • Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits
  • Verifying that all accounting related departments follow company protocol
  • Presenting accounting issues and results to executive committees and upper management

Requirements:

  • At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required
  • Excellent accounting software user and administration skillsThorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
  • Experience with creating financial statements
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study
