1、Customer Service
Responsibilities:
- Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
- Provide information about products and services
- Take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments
- Review or make changes to customer accounts
- Handle returns or complaints
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
- Research answers or solutions as needed
- Refer customers to supervisors, managers, or others who can help
Requirements:
- Need strong listening and speaking skills to clearly and accurately respond to customer inquiries and concerns
- Interact with customers by email, live chat, or other non-voice contact channels must write well, using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Must be patient and polite, especially when dealing with difficult or angry customers
- When addressing customer issues, customer service representatives need to analyze situations, investigate problems, and determine solutions
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
2、Accounting Executive
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and handle full set of account
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
- Controlling credit and chasing debt
- Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits
- Verifying that all accounting related departments follow company protocol
- Presenting accounting issues and results to executive committees and upper management
Requirements:
- At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skillsThorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
- Experience with creating financial statements
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study
